Your new role
1. General Administrator duties
2. First point of contact via phone and email for helpdesk and scheduling of Maintenance Engineers/ Works.
3. Liaising with subcontractors
4. Dealing with customer queries
5. Other ad-hoc admin duties
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience working for a maintenance or service company (facilities management, specialist services, construction, service delivery, etc)
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Can do attitude, excellent customer service skills
4. Commutable distance of Crawley
5. Previous experience doing a similar role
