The role:
We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to lead the team across all input areas, meet payroll / billing deadlines, review workloads and adjust accordingly. You will be working within a dedicated timesheet entry team, ensuring all timesheets are keyed accurately and deadlines are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meticulous system entry of timesheets received directly from workers
* Understand how rates should be distributed to ensure accurate pay and invoicing
* Develop an understanding of how each pay rate can affect PAYE Tax and NICs
* Work to strict weekly deadlines
* Ensure checks are conducted
* Assist wider department with bulk data change
* Work with the wider department to support in additional tasks where required
Key Requirements:
* Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Being an efficient team player.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with specific deadlines.
* Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
