Operations Coordinator Winchester £28/30k Fixed term Contract
We are looking for an efficient, organised and proactive person to join this established Property company in the centre of Winchester. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Are you a dynamic multitasker with a flair for organisation and a passion for marketing? We're looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to be the powerhouse behind the smooth day-to-day operations and the creative force that showcases the brand and properties to the world.
What You'll Be Doing: You'll take charge of streamlining office procedures, supporting the directors, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. At the same time, you'll be the go-to marketing guru, crafting compelling content and promoting the properties across social media and beyond
Key Responsibilities:
Own the property registration process from start to finish
Coordinate staff appointments and schedules
Manage the central in-box and ensure timely, professional responses
Oversee Anti-Money Laundering compliance tasks
Route messages and inquiries to the appropriate team members
Be the friendly voice on the phone, handling and directing calls
Prepare and polish property marketing materials and company documents
Keep the property listings current on both the internal system and online platforms
Work closely with directors and colleagues to complete tasks efficiently
Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and financial tracking
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all the properties
Spearhead the social media presence with engaging, on-brand content
Explore new marketing platforms and strategies to elevate the brand visibilityWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in office administration and marketing is a big plus
Impeccable attention to detail and excellent time management
Self-starter who thrives without constant supervision
A natural communicator with top-tier customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Creative thinker with a keen eye for presentation and content creation
Skilled in social media marketing and production of promotional materials
Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
