ROLE PURPOSE To work within the Finance Team to support quality and compliance processes within the business.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. This role will be expected to support the Finance Team with compliance and quality assurance processes.
2. Along with the Finance Manager, taking accountability for the day-to-day accuracy and oversight of the compliance and quality assurance processes.
3. Managing your own day-to-day workload to maintain and meet our company SLA's and any deadlines set by Senior Management.
4. Where appropriate, this role will be expected to provide cover for other functions within the Finance team in the event of absence.
5. Accurately updating and maintaining information on the company CRM system.
6. Manage QA workflow.
7. Complete QA Questionnaire.
8. Ensure accurate checking and administration processes are followed.
