LABOUR AND PAYROLL OFFICER - PERMANENT - SURREY
Our Client, an offshore oil and gas contractor, is currently looking for a Labour And Payroll Officer to join the team based in Kingston.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
1. Must be a team player and have excellent team building and relationship skills.
2. Proven end-to-end Payroll Experience.
3. Ability to prioritise work and achieve tight deadlines.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Good initiative and work ethic.
6. Problem-solving skills.
7. A desire to learn and develop their own payroll knowledge and experience.
8. Basic understanding of payroll accounting and labour cost.
SOFTWARE
1. Excel (intermediate level).
2. MS Package.
JOB SCOPE
The Labour and Payroll Officer will liaise closely with their payroll colleagues to ensure collaborative working. Employees will need to find the Payroll Officer approachable and knowledgeable. Accurate and timely information flow between HR and Payroll will require close interaction with HR Advisors and Administrators.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with end-to-end payroll processing.
2. SMP, P60, P11D, and PSA.
3. Manually calculating gross to net.
4. Data analysis and payroll reporting.
5. Labour cost reporting.
6. Update and maintain the payroll system.
7. Ideally have experience with ADP.
8. Proficient in Excel.

WORK PATTERN
Hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days working at home.
