About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role, where you'll receive comprehensive training on ManageEngine Endpoint Central, followed by two additional ManageEngine products: AD360 and Service Desk. While ManageEngine tools may be new to you, candidates with experience in endpoint management software will find the transition straightforward.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless IT operations, working alongside a collaborative support team to resolve issues and enhance our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ManageEngine tools.
* Assist with MS cloud technologies, including diagnosing and resolving issues.
* Support and maintain endpoint management solutions.
* Collaborate with the team to optimise IT service delivery.
1. Essential Skills & Experience
* At least 1 year of support experience in a technical role.
* Proven experience troubleshooting Microsoft Cloud Technologies (e.g., Office 365, Azure).
* Familiarity with Active Directory.
* Hands-on experience with endpoint management software such as SCCM, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, or QUEST tools (hugely advantageous).
