They are responsible for assisting the Senior ROC structure in delivering National, Corporate and local Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and for providing mentorship and training to other ROC and Trust colleagues. The post holder will maintain, administer and oversee the Global Rostering System (GRS) for the management of resources and fleet, and the co-ordination of personnel records, rota patterns and abstractions; including the handling of sensitive and confidential information. This will include testing and roll out of software updates, providing help facilities and being responsible for information and records.
