Key Responsibilities Office Administration & Management Handle, distribute, and scan incoming post Manage distribution and coordination of outgoing post Maintain office supplies, including stationery Oversee storage and archiving of records Manage team diary, meetings, and social events Book and coordinate meeting rooms Periodically contribute to blog writing for the website and social media content Coordinate regular AML (Anti-Money Laundering) training for the team Supplier Relationship Management Maintain and manage relationships with key suppliers, including: Office space providers Software vendors (IRIS, Xero, MinuteDock, Croner i) Technology providers Insurance brokers Credit reporting agencies Professional regulatory bodies (ICO, ICAEW, ACCA) Training providers Event venues Legal advisors Storage facilities LinkedIn support services Practice Management Support Generate and provide time analysis reports (weekly, monthly & quarterly) Prepare workflow reports Analyse time records and fee data Support client onboarding, including engagement letters, KYC, and AML checks Monthly reporting on AML, reviews, and risk assessments through IRIS Elements Maintain and update the company website Distribute newsletters and fact sheets to the firm’s network PA Support to Directors Manage emails and diaries Process and track expenses Conduct credit card analysis Ad-Hoc Support Provide backup support in: Payroll processing Bookkeeping Credit control Client communications and information gathering Holiday records management Requirements The Ideal Candidate Will Be: Highly motivated A self-starter Possessing good organizational skills Intellectually curious
