We make health happen We are looking to appoint a HCPC Registered Senior 1 Nuclear Medicine Technologist with proven substantial post grad experience to join our team at Cromwell Hospital. We are an internationally recognised hospital located in the heart of Kensington, London, and receive both UK and international patients. About The Cromwell Hospital The Cromwell Hospital is a major private hospital in West London providing outpatient and Inpatient service. The hospital has 114 beds and 4 suites, 6 theatres, level 2 and 3 full intensive care facilities, paediatrics, diagnostics, physiotherapy, and a dedicated day surgery unit. The radiography services we provide at the Cromwell Hospital includes; Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT, general/xray, and Mammography. We also partner with Genesis Care who are onsite. The department is ISO 9001:2015 accredited, and we provide a range of nuclear medicine examinations for many types of cancers, heart disease, gastro, endocrine, and neuro disorders. How youll help us make health happen: Youll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team performing all types of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures, showing flexibility of shared tasks to ensure that we provide the best quality Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT service in a pleasant environment for both staff and patients, ensuring that a high quality, cost-effective service is delivered. Youll be flexible, an effective communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail, and able to work collaboratively with other modalities in radiography. Able to perform IV cannulation and administer radioactive injections and other license products confidently. And ensure a safe and efficient environment for our staff and patients. It is essential that you have confidently used Sectra PACs. Youll be familiar with Siemens and GE scanners with experience as a radiation protection supervisor You would have also work on paediatrics. The service is open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: • HCPC Registration (essential) • B.Sc. Hons in Diagnostic Radiography or Diploma of Radionuclide Imaging or equivalent. (essential) • Substantial, post-graduate experience in a relevant post.
