To learn more, visit: AlvarezandMarsal.com. The role: We are looking for a Global Mobility Coordinator on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to join the team in London. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly professional company and their immediate focus will be to manage UK right-to-work checks, immigration expiry tracking, and compliance for business travel across the EU, as well as supporting global mobility operations, vendor coordination, and future project implementations. The role will be reporting directly into the Global Mobility Senior Manager and will be part of the wider People Operations team in London. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: Coordinate Right to Work checks for UK new starters and transfers, including both sponsored and non-sponsored visa types, prior to hiring. This includes running right-to-work reports, coordinating with Talent Acquisition, compiling reports, managing recruitment and selection documents for HR Compliance Packs, conducting UK passport checks via HireRight, performing imposter checks, updating Workday with immigration details, carrying out Employer Checking Service, and tracking recheck end dates. Manage UK immigration expiry actions by handling all upcoming expiry alerts from Workday, coordinating with the HR team for action confirmations, and working with Global Mobility Specialists to manage extension processes. Oversee myTrips business traveller tool actions for EU travel compliance, including compiling data on high-risk locations and building a process to initiate vendor coordination for A1 requirements and Posted Worker Directive applications. Provide support for Global Mobility vendor invoices, including coordinating with Accounts Payable on payments, following up on late payments, tracking cost centers, and managing invoice reconciliations. Assist with future Global Mobility projects, which may include GM Tool implementation, GM documentation reviews, onboarding processes for transfers via Eli, conducting Europe-wide immigration audits in Workday, and handling additional ad hoc tasks such as remote working compliance. Essential requirements: Must have an outstanding attention to detail. Ability to multitask and organize large sets of data. Ability to work with confidential information. Provide a structured approach to work. Ability to produce accurate work and be dependable and reliable. High level of customer service and delivery. Experience in using an HR System (preferably Workday) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English, any other European languages are a nice to have.
