Job Description: Studio Admin/Receptionist
We are looking for motivated individuals who are excited to work in a dynamic environment. While experience in customer service or a fitness background is welcome, it is not necessary. This role requires working closely with clients, so strong communication skills, promptness, and strong organizational skills are required. Experience in administrative, customer service, and hospitality is encouraged. Experience in the fitness industry and knowledge of MindBody Business software is also welcome.
Position Details

* Required to operate on weekends

Responsibilities
* Handle reception area - receiving walk-in customers and assisting clients with checking in.
* Consult clients before and after initial trial sessions.
* Recommend and explain pricing and packages (not sales, explaining).
* Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
* Handle booking, cancellations, and reconfirmation requests from members/visitors via email, text, and calls.
* Collection of payments and outstanding fees.
* Liaise with instructors to monitor studio capacity, manage bookings, and provide relevant feedback to the operations team.
* Keep front desk and studio tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
* Answer client questions and address complaints.
* Assist with exams and certificates scheduling of students/instructors.
* Assist with checking studio inventory and following up with supply orders.
* All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations team.
Requirements
* Personable, friendly personality with strong organizational skills. Enthusiasm in the fitness industry.
* Professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good multitasking and time-management skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Good initiative and drive with the ability to work independently.
* A punctual team player.
* Candidates with relevant qualifications, customer service/hospitality background, and/or without experience are welcomed to apply.

Salary
* Hourly pay for this position is HKD 75/hr.
* Monthly salary will include MFP contribution.
* 4 months probationary period.
