Hourly Pay: £13.00
Weekly Contract: 18 hours per week. 2x 9-hour shifts, Saturday & Sunday Night
Hours: 10pm – 7am
Training/Induction: Hours will vary during the induction/training period. Overtime may be available during busier periods.
The Opportunity:
This is a unique and varied opportunity which combines Cleaning & Customer Service to ensure that our Student Residents’ experience is always delivered to the high standard and luxury that we pride our Vita Student brand on.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning:
* Cleaning of all public and communal areas
* Maintenance and delivery of building standards
* Nightly site-walks to ensure that standards are maintained
Customer Service:
* Single point of contact for all residents
* To attend to any query or incident within the residence and resolve the issue promptly
* Coordinating the delivery of mail and parcels with residents

* You must be an experienced cleaner or housekeeper
* You need a keen eye for housekeeping with a meticulous approach to cleaning.
* You must be able to commit to at least 3x night shifts each week – the day will vary week by week, therefore flexibility throughout the week is mandatory
* You must have a passion for delivering high-end Customer Service to all our residents and visitors.
