We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor for our client's contact centre in Hinckley. This is an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to join a modern contact centre with a great team and site that offers training and promotion opportunities.
For this Aftersales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor opportunity, you must have experience within customer service, ideally over phone and email.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner.
* Respond to customer enquiries.
* Take inbound calls and make outbound calls.
* Deal with any customer complaints.
* Interpret customer concerns and comments.
* Liaise with customers and keep them updated.
* Advise customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles.
* Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed.

Requirements:
* The right individual must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor.
