We have launched an AI-Driven Configurable Digital Ecosystem product that is making waves. As a services company with name brand clients in the UK and elsewhere, we believe this product is going to fast forward us and our clients to disrupt the market and seize the day. The market welcomes us, and we see increasing demand from both existing and new clients for this product as well as our integration services which are designed to fast forward our clients to seize digital opportunities.
We also build, operate and transfer services to allow large enterprises to develop global capability centres in India. This is now in demand in Europe as large enterprises seek to build captive units overseas but are not sure how to do this.
We have the right product. We have the right services and the hunger of a start-up with the resources of a mature industry leader acknowledged by analysts and a roster of name brand clients. We are searching for our Sales leader on this journey - our Head of Sales.
About the Role
The goal is to add new customers with a focus on hunting. Hunting within our existing large clients who want to transform by engaging with business and technical stakeholders at the highest level and also hunting for new customers who are seeking new revenue streams from the AI and digital economy.
You will have individual targets that you work on from first contact or pre-existing relationships and team targets to deliver upon quarterly. You will also lead and hold accountability for team numbers.
We operate in startup mode, though we are 25 years old and successful. Niche specialization, flexibility to adapt ourselves to client needs, and speed are our hallmarks.
This is a leadership role where you will have access to the CEO and the entire CXO layer across the world from America to Asia. You will actively participate in crucial decision-making processes including pricing and marketing strategies. Your primary performance measure will be to drive business growth in the UK and Europe region.

Qualifications
1. 8-15 years in IT service sales with strong hunting experience
2. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
5. Proven success in the UK and Europe
6. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
