As an apprentice, you'll embark on an enriching journey, working towards your Level 3 ICT Support Technician programme qualification under the guidance of our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. You'll have access to a supportive workplace mentor and receive comprehensive training from the Baltic team.
A Typical Day in the Job:
* Own and manage first-line issues, ensuring timely resolution
* Lead incident management for allocated tickets, maintaining SLA adherence
* Identify and implement first-line fixes, promoting best practices within the team
* Contribute to service improvements as part of daily operations
* Provide backfill cover as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
Salary, Hours and Benefits
* Salary – £18,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
