Project Manager (Content & Product) – 1 Year FTC (Maternity Cover) The role: The Project Manager is the air traffic controller of the intersection of product development, content development and product deployment, optimising efficiency and capacity across the multiple teams and external resource to ensure that the product and marketing timelines are a smooth continuum. This is a maternity cover role that will be critical to establishing and building on ways of working that facilitate the above. You will work closely with the project lead from discovery to execution, managing end-to-end processes for launching new destinations, tours, product promotions, and initiatives through the marketing team to customers. Your role involves coordinating between product, content, and digital teams, creating repeatable processes to ensure efficiency and timely completion, while identifying risks and resolving blockers to keep projects on track. Clear communication and stakeholder engagement are vital, as you manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain transparency. In a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll balance discipline with flexibility, training others to elevate project management standards and ensuring the content function remains responsive to business needs. Key responsibilities: Project Management Develop and implement a consistent framework for campaign and project management, including tools, systems, and processes. Manage the Product and Content Marketing Monday.com tool, prioritizing work requests and ensuring project transparency. Organize project meetings, sprints, and timelines with clear ownership and milestones, collaborating with Project Sponsors. Lead continuous improvement by evaluating feedback to enhance workflows over time. Communication and Transparency Establish systems ensuring clarity on tasks, dependencies, and timelines across teams. Communicate changes to scope, timelines, or priorities and coordinate stakeholders effectively. Address blockers by bringing the right people together to maintain progress. Ensure visibility of Marketing activities via project plans, updates, and posts on SharePoint.
