Description About the role We are seeking a People Coordinator who will be the first point of contact in People Services, providing efficient and effective support to employees and managers in all areas of the People directorate; including payroll. You will contribute to the design of technology-enabled people practices. Continuously reviewing the impact of technology on roles and people processes. Support line managers by providing advice and guidance across the Group to ensure they fulfill the people management aspects of their role with openness and transparency and in accordance with our values. Partner with the People Service team and wider HR Colleagues to drive a comprehensive and holistic service offering. Provide advice and guidance that is consistent and fair across people management decisions and actions aligned with Corserv’s values, policies, and procedures. Ensure customer expectations are managed effectively through timely and effective communication. Act as a first line of enquiry for colleagues across all departments of the Group, including dealing with queries on People Services, Payroll, Pensions, Benefits, Holidays, Deductions etc. Promote best practice across the business, presenting People matters concisely ensuring managers implement People policies and practices. Manage data entry on the Global HRIS Confirm changes in salary and benefits to the employees and updating their T&C’s. Issuing relevant correspondence to employees (letters and contracts) Coordinate and manage the monthly Payroll Process with Payroll Ensure all employee data is processed accurately. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in People and payroll records. Manage the People and Payroll process accurately and independently, offering up process/system improvements. To find out more about the role please take a look at the role profile. About you We are looking for you to bring: Educated to level 3 in CIPD/ business and administration or equivalent experience. Excellent understanding of HR / Payroll / Benefit Administration and best practice Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of employment law and best practice in the area of HR. Detailed knowledge of computerised systems, including advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, Concur, HR and Payroll systems.
