About the Role We’re seeking two Senior Account Executives to join a rapidly growing HRTech and Services business with an International market presence. These roles are pivotal to the company’s success in helping their continued growth and helping them through Series A funding and beyond. You will be tasked with winning new logos, driving revenue growth, engaging senior decision-makers, and positioning the company as the go-to partner for businesses with a globally dispersed workforce. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging marketing initiatives, and building a strong pipeline of enterprise-level clients. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end sales process – from prospecting and lead qualification to closing high-value deals and expanding accounts. Engage with senior HR and business leaders – including CHROs, Heads of Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition leaders, and CEOs. Become a trusted industry advisor – staying ahead of global mobility, immigration, and international workforce trends. Leverage networking and industry events – representing the company at conferences, panels, and networking sessions. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams – refining messaging, developing targeted campaigns, and driving lead conversion. Master CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) – tracking pipeline progress, optimizing performance, and using data-driven decision-making to drive revenue. Drive consultative selling and negotiation strategies – understanding client pain points and providing tailored solutions. Work autonomously and take full ownership – consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets while driving your own success. What We’re Looking For: Several years B2B sales experience, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, or professional services. Proven ability to sell to HR leaders and senior decision-makers – with a strong record of closing deals at the enterprise level. Strong networking skills – someone who thrives at industry events, builds connections, and leverages relationships for business growth. A natural closer with excellent negotiation skills – comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and handling objections. A strategic, consultative sales mindset – able to identify business challenges and present tailored solutions. CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) – skilled in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
