About the Client and Duties
Our client is a lovely lady with learning disabilities and severe epilepsy. She lives at home with her parents and requires 24/7 support to effectively manage her needs and ensure her safety.
The client experiences the greatest sense of happiness in her familiar home environment, surrounded by trusted PA’s. It is essential that her care is provided in a calming, low-arousal setting to promote her well-being.
She enjoys engaging with the community through visits to local parks and shops. PA’s will play a vital role in fostering a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle by encouraging her to take part in the various activities that she enjoys such as jigsaw puzzles, building with blocks, watching television and strolling through her garden.
Additionally, PA’s will assist her with personal care, meal times and the administration of her medications. We are looking for a support worker who is calm, empathetic and understanding, to provide the quality of support she requires.
