Our client is seeking a Conversions Technical Sales Engineer to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love exceeding customer expectations, this role is for you! You’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge solutions and client needs, transforming enquiries into thriving container conversion projects.
The Role:
* Pro-actively turning enquiries into successful projects
* Develop strong relationships with customers, keeping our client at the forefront of their minds
* Maximise profitable sales by following enquiries through to completion
* Expertly manage the conversion pipeline, ensuring smooth sailing for all projects, internal and external
* Continuously learn and share your expertise in the business
* Support the Sales department and other colleagues whenever needed, fostering a collaborative spirit
* Embrace training opportunities and constantly seek to expand your knowledge within the company
The Ideal Candidate:
* A degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
* B2B sales experience with a focus on building strong customer relationships and driving sales
* The ability to manage a sales pipeline, coordinate projects, and ensure successful completion
* Excellent communication skills to explain technical details and confidently present and negotiate
