Barchester Healthcare have an opportunity for a Banking and Payments Team Assistant to join our established accounts team in Inverness. This role will include processing weekly payments via BACS and cheque, ensuring payment requests are accurate, and managing queries from both suppliers and internal colleagues. NEED TO HAVE
A strong financial acumen
Experience working in an accounting team
Experience dealing with queries via phone and email
Good attention to detail

Providing efficient support on the processing of payments
Processing and managing Direct Debits and updating any changes
Processing and recording transactions
Assisting with the monthly reconciliations of relevant bank accounts
Managing and reviewing queries and payments
