It’s an exciting time to join our People & Culture team as we embark on an ambitious but rewarding new journey – adding real value and positive impact to our circa 380 colleagues.
Reporting into our Head of HR Business Partnering, our Senior HRBPs will build trusted and true partnering relationships with key leaders to support and drive the People Strategy. They will work closely with leaders to identify and implement effective people plans in response to feedback and insights from sources such as engagement surveys and overall people metrics – using data to drive decision making.
These roles are critical to developing leadership capability by providing coaching, guidance, influence, and feedback to Exec and leaders, to support them in maximizing the engagement and performance of their teams.
Working in partnership with the wider HR team – collaborating in particular with specialists from Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Internal Communications – to provide strategic guidance, advice, and support across areas such as Talent Management, Org Design, Employee Relations, Reward, and Performance.
We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who are experienced strategic partners with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels. Experience of working in a law practice isn’t essential; it’s more important that you are confident in your approach, with a good working knowledge of employment law and best practice, and are focused on creating a truly people-centric culture.
There are two Senior HRBP positions available. Our core hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. However, if you’d like to talk to us about a different working pattern, we would welcome a conversation with you.
In return, we offer a competitive package including holiday of up to 25 days plus bank holidays, an additional day off at Christmas and your Birthday, Life assurance, Private Medical Insurance, a contributory Pension scheme, and access to Perkbox & Perkbox Medical - an online discounts platform, which includes discounted cinema tickets, discounts at various shops, and lots more.
Please apply in confidence by submitting your CV and covering letter.
Lester Aldridge is committed to being an equal opportunities employer.
