Due to recent growth, we are now looking to recruit a motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated person to help our clients achieve their financial goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
* Data Management: Collect, update, and maintain client information and financial records within our CRM system.
* Report Preparation: Assist in collating information to help our research team prepare financial reports, suitability letters, and other documentation.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to financial advisers, including managing correspondence and filing.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Along with the need for an eye for detail and exceptional communication skills – our work is all about providing excellent service – we would like you to have an interest in Finance or Business and a strong understanding of financial products and services proven by your experience in in a client-facing role within the financial services industry.
