About the role
The Head of Network Marketing leads how we manage relationships with key accounts within our network through a nurturing, solutions-focused approach. The success of firms and their customers within our network is ultimately our success, therefore how we partner with them to develop and deliver marketing campaigns, using the full marketing mix, is key to a successful Network Marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Be accountable for the delivery of our network marketing proposition across the UK with the goal of raising brand awareness, improving customer experience
* Build deep, meaningful relationships with our network firms, encouraging them to adopt our digital tools to increase lead generation.
* Project manage the marketing onboarding of new firms, advisers, and introducers /partners into our network, setting them up in the best way possible support.
* Work closely with the regional Sales, Marketing and Digital teams to devise and implement strategic approaches and activities that deliver quality leads, tools and resources to our network.
* Conduct marketing reviews and audits to formulate and present high level marketing strategies to our firms.
* Provide insight and analysis on your region and firms’ performance to the wider marketing team to contribute to future campaign improvements and innovative ideas.
* Analyse, evaluate and report on the development of marketing strategies, tools and resources ensuring to effectively evaluate data to enhance and optimise performance and ROI.
* Lead a cross-functional team, providing direction and mentorship to support their development and success.
About You
* Experienced in managing multiple brands/key accounts within a commercial Marketing environment.
* Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present marketing ideas and strategies in a way that business owners/customers can easily digest.
* Strong people leadership skills to lead your direct line reports and lead wider Marketing teams by example.
* The ability to effectively deal with escalations, ensuring a suitable outcome for all stakeholders.
* A good understanding of marketing SEO, PPC and social media.
* A good understanding of marketing campaign management, online & offline.
* Take ownership to bring stakeholders with you to deliver the Network Marketing strategy.
* Self-aware with an understanding of the needs of others and able to flex style and approach to influence diverse stakeholders.
