The Culinary Training Officer (CTO) will be responsible for the training and assessment of students within the Academy kitchen and other production/function areas as required. When in service in the Academy, the CTO will manage and lead the students and technical staff/kitchen team in consistently delivering quality, variety of food and menus on offer to customers to the agreed standards. The post holder will contribute to outreach activities, the delivery of professional training courses and knowledge exchange activity as appropriate to the area.
