Job Description To provide timely and accurate technology support services relating to computer account lifecycle, which involves: acquisition, account creation, account modification, account deletions, overall account auditing, account management and password management on all supported platforms. This also includes group management, automated management techniques through scripting or batch programming, LDAP and directory understanding and basic troubleshooting. This position related to the department objective by accurately providing the computer accounts needed to ODU faculty, staff and students in order to use the many services provided by ITS .
