The Role:
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will assist the conveyancing team by handling the administrative tasks that support property transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Typing legal correspondence and drafting documents from dictation
* Preparing contracts, transfer deeds, and other conveyancing-related paperwork
* Diary management and coordinating appointments for fee earners
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals throughout the conveyancing process
* Assisting with Land Registry applications and managing post-completion tasks
* Providing general administrative support to the team

You:
* At least 6 months' experience working in a Conveyancing department, ideally within a legal secretary or administrative role
