We are recruiting an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the Real Estate Commercial department of a highly respected law firm in central Manchester. This role is crucial in supporting the team's fee earners, contributing significantly to managing property transactions involving sales, purchases, and landlord/tenant matters.
Please note you need to have post-completion experience for this role; this is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing conveyancing searches and Land Registry documentation.
* Document production, circulation, scanning, and filing.
* Managing billing and general accounts administration.
* Opening new files and inputting instructions.
* Assisting with post-completion tasks, including Land Registry and Companies House matters.
* General administrative support including post handling and archiving.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a similar administrative or post-completion role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent team player with proactive communication abilities.
