Job Description
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appoint an Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors.
Responsibilities:
1. Bid management from initial receipt of enquiry through to submission of quotation
2. Ensuring incoming enquiries are managed and delivered on time to meet customer needs
3. Ensuring the quality of quotations in line with the company brand
4. Ensuring risks are identified and incorporated into quotations
5. Supporting the business development team with client meetings
6. Managing and obtaining timely and accurate sub-contract and material quotes
7. Ensuring all quotations and data are compiled and managed on in-house IT systems
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working as an Estimator
2. Construction industry experience in a commercial role
3. A good awareness of construction contracts
4. Good communication skills
5. Experience of working to deadlines
6. Good IT skills
