DUTIES
Your duties as the Sales Executive / Sales Representative include:
Follow Up on Sales Leads:
1. Effectively follow up on sales leads generated by the marketing team
2. Manage and organise leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely communication and progression
Research and Identify Potential Clients:
3. Utilise various resources such as LinkedIn, trade publications, Google, and industry-related platforms to research and compile a comprehensive list of potential clients
4. Continuously update and expand the database of potential clients
Engage with Clients:
5. Initiate contact with new and existing clients via telephone to understand their business needs and challenges
6. Present and articulate the benefits of the company's products and services effectively
Office-Based Role with Field Visits:
7. Primarily office-based role, with a focus on telesales, email marketing, Microsoft Teams for client engagement
8. Conduct occasional field visits to client sites to strengthen relationships and better understand their operations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
9. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
10. Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential clients through various channels
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Ability to handle objections
13. PC literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office / 365
14. Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
15. Must have a Driving Licence (There will be company vehicles to use when needed during office hours)
16. Willingness to travel for occasional field visits to client sites
