About This Role As an Assistant Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in maintaining and reconciling our fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy across our general ledger and fleet tracking system. You’ll work closely with operational teams to support financial reporting, month-end processes, and audits while helping to drive efficiency and financial clarity. Maintain and reconcile fixed asset register with financial and operational systems Prepare depreciation and asset disposal journals Carry out variance analysis and provide insightful commentary Assist in producing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts Support year-end audits and financial reporting Prepare intercompany statements for intra-group asset transfers Provide data analysis to drive financial decision-making About You We’re looking for someone with a strong financial mindset and a passion for accuracy. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, able to translate financial data into valuable insights for both finance and non-finance colleagues.
