Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off | 8 pm – 8 am

Your Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with parking, bookings, payments, and more via phone, intercom, and email
2. Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
3. Work rotating shifts with flexibility for overtime
4. Deliver top-notch customer service from our Wigan office
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous customer service experience (call centre experience is a plus)
2. Basic computer proficiency
3. A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet targets
