Assistant Branch Manager
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager based in Leeds, within the Motor Factors industry.
Location: Leeds
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and every other Saturday 8am – 1pm
Salary: £40,000 OTE £35,000 & annual bonus, 28 days holidays, free parking, pension, and death in service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager.
2. The ability to communicate and provide knowledge to meet the needs of our customer base via telesales and the sales counter.
3. A team player; working various roles to maintain the smooth operation of the branch.
4. Motivate the sales team to hit targets while also providing outstanding customer service.
5. Willingness to show leadership and make decisions.
6. Communicate our fantastic offers/promotions to our customer network.
7. A strong focus on maintaining or exceeding expected/target profit margins on sales made.
Requirements:
1. 3 Years Motor Factor Sales Experience [Minimum]
2. Computer literate and ideally possess basic IT Skills.
3. Ideally experience with MAM software (or similar) & OE cataloguing sites.
4. Excellent organisational, leadership and guidance skills.
5. Ability to effectively train and guide sales team.
6. Excellent communication skills even when under pressure.
7. Passion to deliver top class customer service while driving sales.
8. Numeracy and literacy.
9. A smart personal appearance and professional manner.
10. Knowledge of the local area and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
11. Driving License – Preferable.
