We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in an Accountancy Practice, who is ready to contribute to the restructuring of our organisation and adopt a fresh outlook to meet exceptional standards. As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our in-house and remote teams, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Oversee and coordinate the work of staff across various departments such as Digital Marketing, IT, HR, and Account Executives.
* Allocate tasks to team members and set deadlines based on client requirements.
* Monitor overdue schedules, provide explanations for delays, and follow up with team members for progress updates.
* Provide regular reports to management on operational weaknesses and propose solutions.
* Handle telephone calls when necessary, respond to client queries, or direct them to the appropriate department.
* Prioritise tasks based on urgency and manage client portfolios, assisting with onboarding and ensuring compliance and due diligence.
* Support the management team with diary management, organising client meetings, preparing presentations, taking minutes, and attending meetings, including HMRC Meetings and business collaborations.
* Undertake additional tasks as directed by management and engage in new schemes with a fresh perspective.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in management and administration within a dynamic business environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with teams across different locations.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in client management and maintaining client portfolios.
* Proficiency in diary management and meeting coordination.
* Ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities with a proactive approach.
