Responsibilities:
* Carry out the day-to-day administration of the disposals desk.
* Accurate data entry and recording of all new vehicle disposals on the bespoke database.
* Arranging vehicle movements via a third-party movement network from client to a sales location.
* Liaising with repairers and obtaining updates on all vehicles under repair awaiting disposal.
* Processing vehicle sales.
* Processing and administration of documentation and updating DVLA.
* Supporting the disposals team as required.
* Assisting with covering holiday within other areas of the department as required.
Key Skills:
* Confident with Microsoft Office packages.
* IT literate.
* Previous administrative experience.
* Professional phone and email manner.
* Able to work independently and within a team.
