We are looking to appoint a permanent Behaviour Lead to support the Leadership Team (LT) lead for Behaviour and Attitudes and the Inclusion Lead in managing and supporting behaviour across the school and to oversee the daily running of the behaviour systems to ensure excellent behaviour is maintained. They will lead on the operational management of the Heads of Year around behaviour systems and processes.
This is a new and exciting role for the school and the successful candidate would be joining an energetic and enthusiastic pastoral team, working 37 hours per week, term time only plus INSETs. We are pleased to be able to appoint to this as a permanent role.
