Role Overview: As a Domiciliary Community Carer, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your role will include personal care, assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and support with medication management. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Help clients manage their medication and attend appointments as needed. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team. What Were Looking For: A caring and compassionate nature. Candidates must possess a full UK Driver's Licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients.
