Candidate Requirements
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
* A minimum of three years’ experience in a senior audit role within practice
* Strong technical knowledge and experience managing audits end-to-end
* Excellent people management skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams
* Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused approach
* The ability to work collaboratively, drive efficiencies, and deliver results
