You will be working for a company who has supported a QA Apprentice before, so you are in safe hands! The purpose of the role is to provide support to the business in accordance with all documented processes and procedures.
What will you be doing?
+ Maintain compliant client records on IO - you will use this system to keep an up-to-date client record management system. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be an expert on iO.
+ Gather plan information to create client portfolio report from IO and check for accuracy.
+ Upload documents to Standard Life portal.
+ Manage own diary using Microsoft Outlook and liaise with CSE to ensure review documentation is prepared within agreed timescales.
+ Handle client queries and prepare remainder of client packs in preparation of meetings.
+ Produce client specific reports i.e. CashCalc and Selectapension.
+ Produce and finalise Annual Review Letter's (ARL's).
+ Produce and process letters of authority and track to completion, ensuring all relevant information has been obtained.
+ Remaining compliant at all times.
+ Maintain and develop skills and knowledge via Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
+ Ability to manage own workload.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Ability to work under pressure to meet specific time deadlines.
+ Good communication skills and telephone manner.
+ Articulate, numerate and ability to maintain the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
+ Drive, desire, and commitment to progress personally within Financial Services.

Please Note - Being able to drive is preferred but not essential as long as you are within an hour commute.
