Sales Process Manager – Daimler Buses The Company Daimler Buses UK Ltd is a subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG – one of the world’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturers. Daimler Buses UK Ltd caters for the UK and Irish markets. Home to four brands, they are the official local supplier of Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses and coaches. All their vehicles are fully supported by their OMNIplus service and parts brand. Through BusStore, their pre-owned sales brand, they facilitate the buying and selling of quality vehicles with additional warranty and financing options. The Role Due to promotion, the business is looking for an experienced Sales Process Manager (no direct reports) Responsible for the daily management of the sales process. To work closely with Area Sales Managers, Workshop and Finance Departments to ensure vehicles are processed in an efficient manner while maintaining optimal levels of customer experience. Liaise with customers regarding vehicle orders and invoicing. To communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding vehicle preparation. To collaborate with the Used Vehicle department regarding incoming part exchanges. To maintain accurate vehicle and customer files for audits. Produce company and market reports with supporting analysis. To deputise for the Senior Manager Commercial Sales in their absence. 40-50% of the role involves liaising with the Workshop to progress vehicle orders therefore some Workshop knowledge would be useful. About You Business Sales Administration experience is essential. Experience within the Automotive industry is desirable. Customer Service experience is desirable. Experience with using SAP is desirable. Proficient in general IT applications, specifically Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels. Able to prioritise workload and work on your own initiative. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. An understanding of automotive aftersales would be useful. On Offer Basic salary of £36,000 on offer plus annual variable bonus 39 hour working week. 33 days holiday per year including statutory holidays. Hybrid working after completion of probation period.
