Are you a skilled and enthusiastic HLTA looking for flexible supply opportunities in Leeds? We are seeking passionate professionals to support students across primary and secondary schools, covering lessons and providing high-quality support to teachers and pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver planned lessons in the absence of teachers across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Support the learning and development of students, tailoring activities to meet individual needs.
* Assist teachers with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and administrative tasks.
* Provide targeted interventions and small-group support to boost attainment.
* Build positive relationships with students, fostering confidence and engagement in learning.
What We’re Looking For:
* HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience supporting students in primary or secondary schools.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to working in diverse school environments.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with school staff.
