Position Overview: Associate Director/Director, Bristol – This role, based in Bristol or another mutually agreed-upon location, will lead regional growth and relationship-building efforts with hybrid work options. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage client projects, aligning with strategic goals. Drive business development initiatives alongside senior leadership. Create consultation materials (websites, press releases, reports). Foster and maintain client and stakeholder relationships. Oversee budgets to ensure high-value client service. Manage client accounts with a focus on quality and timeliness. Candidate Profile 6 years in PR or communications, with a strong industry network. Proven track record in business development and client management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
