Our Transport Services team are an integral part of our Front of House Team at the resort, delivering a professional service for our guests when transporting them to and from the hotel, as well as any other transport requirements they may have during their stay with us.
Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. If you believe you are the right person for this role then we want to hear from you.
A little about what you will be doing:
* Deliver a welcoming and courteous greeting to guests arriving at Airports and Railway Stations across Scotland
* Providing assistance with luggage for guests to and from vehicles
* Driving hotel guests to and from Airports and Railway Stations, undertaking tours locally and across Scotland, in a safe and comfortable manner
* Developing strong and loyal relationships with repeat and new guests alike, anticipating their needs and delivering a top-class service
Qualifications

* Someone with a bright, engaging and warm personality
* A desire to provide an outstanding guest experience whilst driving guests to and from the Resort, around the local area and across Scotland
* High standards of grooming, presentation and professionalism
* Highly motivated, with a great sense of pride in their work
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet changing demands, whilst achieving your goal within appropriate timescales
* Flexibility to adapt to the requests or needs of our guests
* Must be elidgble to work in the UK
