Established more than 40 years ago, our vision and mission is to ‘create great places to live’ by providing good quality, well maintained, and affordable homes. As a community-based association, we place our tenant facing services at the heart of the communities we serve. Our ‘Hub, Home & Roam’ working model allows our team to work flexibly, ensuring they can be where they’re most needed, supported by the right tools and resources to deliver on our commitments to tenants and communities. The Role Neighbourhood Officers are at the heart of our communities and play a key role in delivering high quality housing management services within their local ‘patch’ area. Their role is generic, and includes a wide range of responsibilities, including tenancy, estate and neighbourhood management, lettings and voids, addressing tenancy related issues including tenancy enforcement, and tenant & community engagement. This is a tenant facing role that requires a commitment to enhancing tenant satisfaction, building relationships with tenants and contributing to Loreburn’s Housing Services Directorate. While the role is home based, there will be regular travel to developments and tenant’s homes as well as to other locations within the region for meetings.
