Hours: Part-Time (25 hours per week, 5-hour shifts per day, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Handlers to join our team in Belfast. This is a part-time, on-site position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.58. The role involves managing high volumes of calls, with flexible shifts scheduled across the week, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
2. Provide accurate information and support to customers.
3. Address customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a customer service or call handling role is desirable.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations calmly.
10. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
11. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
12. Must pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
