Teaching personnel have encountered a high volume of schools in the Rochdale area contacting the agency to source ECTs and experienced teachers to teach in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the Spring Term to cover both short-term and long-term staff absences. there arew full-time and part-time roles available across a variety of primary schools in your local area. Main responsibilities: - Carry out any reasonable requests from the head teacher during your bookings. - Supply appropriate planning materials, following school plans where provided. - Carry out the duties of the ‘regular’ teacher as much as possible. For example, covering classes, taking class registers, attending school assemblies, enforcing school rules. - Observe school policy and ethos during your bookings. - Contribute to the provision of a safe, secure learning environment. - Support the use of support staff relevant to the class. - Mark work for primary school pupils that you have been teaching.
