We are building a team to support and encourage Kim to reach her full potential in life, to promote her independence and be strong when she needs you too. Kim is looking for females who have a firm but fair approach, are confident in being able to maintain boundaries and remain consistent even during tough times. Kim needs people who are versatile, who she can have a laugh with, enjoy her interests with, but who can also be direct and honest with her when needed, in a kind manner.
