Sales Leader, Big Deals, Enterprise Informatics
Become the Senior Sales Leader who drives success for Philips Enterprise Informatics (Radiology, Cardiology, and Pathology) by closing multi-million Euro opportunities in Imaging software solutions across Europe.
Your role:
1. Identify large and game-changing opportunities that require a truly combined or hybrid Europe/Global – Local sales and delivery approach; focus on identifying and winning new customers/new IB and large competitive renewals.
2. Lead the bid process up to closing the opportunity in close cooperation with the local Sales team.
3. Develop and drive a trust-based relationship with C-Suite level customers based on a deep understanding of customer’s needs and level of authority.
4. Develop and drive relationships within Philips to create large-scale opportunities that shape the future.
5. Be the subject matter expert in multi-million Euro bid/deal realization, and support others to build capability in this area.
6. Run a group of senior experts in bid management, demo, commercial management, architecture/solutioning.
7. Reporting line will be to the Leader of Enterprise Informatics in Europe; the position owner will be a member of the Commercial Enterprise Informatics Leadership team in Europe.
You’re right for this role if:
1. You are willing to work from and travel across Europe. We welcome applications especially from the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Benelux, and Nordics.
2. You have previous experience closing €multi-million European/International sales opportunities in Imaging software.
3. You have a career in and in-depth knowledge of Radiology Informatics (PACS).
4. You possess a strong executive presence with expertise in C-Suite stakeholder negotiations.
5. You have a full driving license.
Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
