About the Role and You
We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to help our business serve more customers more efficiently. A pleasant and helpful nature is more important to us than formal qualifications, although you ideally have both. You do need to enjoy talking to people and trying to make their day better by solving their problems or frustrations, so an engaging, positive, and cheerful disposition is a major 'plus’.
The role is primarily to support the Customer Service Team; a small but friendly, dedicated, and professional group of good people. However, you’ll also have the opportunity to help out with some other in-house enterprises, so no two days will be the same. You won’t get bored…
