Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As the Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems within a historic estate.
2. Delivering exceptional service to clients by answering queries, reporting defects, and keeping them informed of site activities.
3. Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time, with a thorough understanding of building control systems and BMS.
4. Performing manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces, ensuring all work adheres to Health & Safety standards.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds (6187) Level 1 & 2.
2. C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering, FGAS and ODS (desirable).
3. HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems (desirable).
4. Full current driving licence.
5. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
6. Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
7. Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device.
